Iced Yoghurt Drops
One of those, why didn't I try this earlier recipes. I saw these on a supermarket ad and thought how easy they would be to make.
yoghurt ices by
Ingredients:
Small pot of natural unflavoured yoghurt.
Portion of safe fruit - I used 1 kiwi for our first try.
1 tablespoon of glucose powder - optional depending on how sweet your tooth is......
Mix ingredients with a blender and then spoon onto a greaseproof sheet of paper spread on a baking sheet. I made desertspoon sized one but you can make them big or small. Place in freezer for about an hour to freeze. Peel off the paper and eat straight away. I made about 15 and put the rest in a box back in the freezer for another day. So cheap and so easy.
